    1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1/2 bag wide egg noodles
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    nonstick cooking spray


Cook egg noodles as directed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Coat a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add pasta then cover with soup mixture. Stir lightly then top with chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
