Ingredients

8 oz tempeh, cubed
1 tbsp wheat-free tamari sauce
1 tbps olive oil
1 clove garlic
Dash black pepper
Stir-fry veggie mix (ours comes with napa cabbage, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and peapods)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Mix part of the wheat-free tamari, olive oil, garlic, and pepper in a glass bowl. Add tempeh and marinate for at least an hour. (Overnight is fine.)
Add the rest of the olive oil to a wok or large nonstick skillet. Heat the skillet, and add veggies and tempeh. Cook until warmed, and add remaining tamari. Cook until desired. Serve over brown rice.
