    1 cup of cooked macaroni
    1 Babybel shredded
    1 oz Cabot 75% fat free sharp cheddar
    1.5 Tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    1 Tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup skim milk


Preheat oven to 350.
Cook macaroni to make 1 cup cooked. Shred Babybel and cheddar cheese. Melt margarine in a pot, add flour to make a roux and cook for a minute or so over medium heat. Add milk, Let thicken slightly. Add cheese slowly, stirring in until melted, reserving small amount of cheese. Stir in macaroni and take off heat. Spray two ramikens or one small sized Pyrex dish. Place macaroni and cheese mixture into bowl, top with reserved cheese. Back for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy.
