Introduction

Add a can of each of the vegetables to the crock pot. Cook for 2 hours or all day. Add a can of each of the vegetables to the crock pot. Cook for 2 hours or all day.

Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can black eyed peas
    1 can sliced new potatoes
    1 can sliced carrots
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can vegetarian chili
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 can green beans
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can corn
    spices to taste

Directions

Add all cans to the crock pot and cook over several hours. As long as you use the vegetable soup and the chili, you can add whatever you like. I do this recipe to use up canned veggies.
