A delicious dessert type salad that even the non-dieters will love! A delicious dessert type salad that even the non-dieters will love!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 package triple berry sugar free Jello (You can substitute raspberry.)
    2 packages black cherry sugar free Jello
    Artificial sweetener equal to 3 to 6 teaspoons sugar
    2 cups frozen blueberries
    2 cups pineapple--crushed or tidbits in its own juice
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
    Kool-Whip Sugar Free Topping


Empty blueberries into a microwaveable bowl and sprinkle with sweetener. Zap 'em enough to partially defrost. Mix the three packages Jello into 2 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups of ice. Stir until most ice is melted. Remove remaining ice pieces. Add pineapple and blueberries. Pour into pyrex 9x12 loaf pan. Sprinkle pecans on top. Cover and chill until set. Cut and serve with Sugar Free Kool-Whip.
