    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium
    Green Bell Peppers .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 1.75 cup or one 14.5 oz can
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp )
    Cloves, 2 whole cloves
    Uncle Ben's Ready Rice, Whole Grain Brown & Wild , 4 cup
    Ham, Pre cooked extra lean, , 1.5 cup, diced
    Cooking Sherry, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup
    Lean Extra Hot Pork Sausage, 16 oz Browned and Drained


Chop veggies and ham while you brown sausage drain add all to pot and cover bring to boil reduce heat to low for 3-4 hours or in your crockpot on low for up to 8 hours
