Ingredients

    20 oz extra lean ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
    italian seasoning
    garlic
    red onion
    make into meat balls and brown in
    1 tbsp olive oil
    then add
    8 oz cooked pasta12 oz spagetti sauc
    serve with 1 tbp spoon parmesan cheese

Directions

simmer on stove 30 -45 minutes

    Very Good
    I used an Egg substitute, I took out the red onion and used garlic and I also used whole wheat pasta and my own home made pasta sauce! The recipe was very good! Thanks! - 10/13/11

    Pretty straight forward and easy to make recipe with a good balance of carbs, fat, and protein. A bonus was the kids liking it. Make sure you add a side or two of veggies for a healthy meal. Oh and use a whole grain pasta for a four star health rating! - 7/12/10
