    1 Box Jell-o Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 tsp Splenda
    4 oz. Cream Cheese, Fat Free, softened
    6 oz. Fat Free Whipped Topping
    1 9 in. Keebler Graham Reduced Fat Pie Crust
    0.5 cup fresh strawberries, halved
    3/4 cup milk


1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.

2. Add Cheesecake pudding mix and blend until smooth. Slowly fold in whipped topping.

3. In a small saucepan, cook strawberries and Splenda on very low heat, stirring frequently. The juices and Splenda from the strawberries should form a thin sauce. Add water (1 tbsp.) if needed. Cool completely.

4. Spread cheesecake mix into pie crust. Smooth strawberry sauce over top after it has cooled. Refrigerate over night.
