Ingredients

    Chicken Leg, 8 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Clean chicken and remove skin.
Cut potoatoes into bite size pieces.
Place cleaned chicken and potatoes into a large plastic bag.
Add spices.
Close off the top of the bag and toss the chicken and potatoes in the bag until the spices are well distributed.
Remove from bag.
Place into a baking dish, cover and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with vegetables of choice.
