Introduction

1/2 cup serving is great with yogurt for breakfast! 1/2 cup serving is great with yogurt for breakfast!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup dry roasted almonds
    1/3 cup flaxseed
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
    1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Be sure and use apple juice CONCENTRATE, not just juice. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray. Toast mixture for 15 minutes at 350', then stir. Toast another 5 or so minutes. Let cool. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
