    1 lb Ground Beef, Lean
    1/2 Onion, diced
    1 Can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
    1 Can Tomato Paste (6 oz)
    1 Can V8 Juice (11.5 fl. oz)
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp Wheat Germ
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1 Box Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta


Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic.
Drain any grease from pan.
Add the tomato products and about half a cup of water.
Bring to a simmer.
Sprinkle wheat germ and italian seasoning and sugar and stir in.
Let simmer as long as you need. The flavor just gets better!
Cook Pasta according to package directions and enjoy with your family and friends.
Makes about 8-10 servings
