    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Cornmeal, 0.25 cup
    Flour, white, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 4oz breasts, bone and skin removed
    Milk, nonfat, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp


Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Dip chicken breasts in milk then coat with dry mixture. Place on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spray coated chicken with cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
