    * Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    * Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded
    * Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Churn Style (Soft), 4Tablespoons
    * *Flour, white, .1/3 cup
    * *French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 2 tsp
    Dry Mustard 2T


Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the flour and stir over medium heat to make a roux. Add in some dry mustard (sorry, I could not find it in the ingredients list...add about 2 T.) Stir well and add milk. Stir thoroughly to dissolve flour/butter mix into milk. Add in deli mustard and cheese. Stir over low/med heat till thickens, keeping in mind it will thicken more upon standing. Will make about 4 cups with each serving being about 1/3 cup. You will want to add or subtract mustard to your own preferences.
