    1 pkg. Stove Top - Chicken Flavored
    1 lb. chicken Boneless/Skinless breasts
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or Mushroom
    (for a lower calorie, use Campbell's Healthy Request)
    1/3 cup Light Sour Cream
    1 -10 oz. package frozen vegetables
    1 cup baby carrots
    1 cup water


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Place 1/2 package of stuffing in bottom of baking dish (8X8 or 13X9 will work). Place chicken on top of stuffing. Mix vegetables, soup and sour cream in separate bowl. Cover chicken & stuffing with vegetable/soup mixture. Combine remaining 1/2 package of stuffing with 1 cup hot water and stir just until moistened. Cover soup mixture with stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
