Ingredients

    1 pound round steak
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1 cup onions, chopped
    Cooking Spray
    1/3 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
    1 3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup mild green chile sauce
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Directions

makes 6 servings

1. Cut round steak into bite-size pieces.
2. Cook and stir steak, onions, garlic, celery, and carrot in cooking spray over medium heat until brown.
3. Add vinegar, water, chile sauce, paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt, soy sauce to meat mixture.
4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
5. Cover and simmer one hour or until meat is tender.
6. Stir sour cream and flour together. Combine with stroganoff. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer and stir about 1 minute.
