Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    water
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Cauliflower, raw, 15 floweret
    Eggplant, fresh, 2 cup, cubes
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 5 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Flour Tortillas, 4 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    Sunflower Oil, 1 cup


Directions

Cut all vegetables intol cubes or slices as per your wish

on a medium fire, heat up oil and put all veggies

meanwhile

in a bowl, mix all your other ingredients (while assuring that you crush the garlic cloves)

after the veggies are golden, remove and place of oil-removing paper till dry

place is serving dish and add your sauce and mix

serve with Tortillas and enjoy your ultimate any-time dish ever
