    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Beans, red kidney drained, 1.5 cup
    Bush's, Black Beans drained, 1.5 cup
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 500 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Garlic, 8 cloves
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 6 tbsp


Put Chicken, Broth, V8, and Cumin Seed in slow cooker on High. Once chicken is cooked, remove and chop up chicken. Replace chicken in cooker and add all other ingredients. Continue cooking on high for two hours.

I add a sour cream and a little cheese to garnish (not included in totals)
