Introduction

These are made by baking them instead of deep frying them, also I used ground turkey instead of so much hamburger. These are made by baking them instead of deep frying them, also I used ground turkey instead of so much hamburger.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey cooked
    1 lb ground beef cooked
    2 30 oz cans of la preferida authentic refried beans
    2 ripe tomatos diced
    1 onion diced
    2 jalapeno peppers diced
    2 cups shredded mexican cheese

Directions

cook ground turkey and ground beef together til browned, then add refried beans to heat.
While cooking, dice the tomato, onion and Jalapeno peper and combine in seperate bowl. add black pepper to taste.

combine the turkey, beef, tomato, onion, and jalapeno, beans, and cheese together in large bowl. place mixture in tortilla and roll up. paint on vege oil over each tortilla and bake in oven for 45 min at 350 degrees.
