Introduction

This is an easy recipe that even my picky hubby really enjoys! This is an easy recipe that even my picky hubby really enjoys!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 (4 lb) chicken cut into pieces (I just use 4 frozen boness-skinless breasts)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1.5 T dried thyme
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2T oil
    2 T flour mixed with 2 T water
    1 small onion, chopped

Directions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Heat 2 T oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Brown chicken, turning pieces once, about 4 minutes. Add a few tablespoons of water to skillet. Repeat a few times and then add watered flour to make a gravy. As chicken browns, add onion, cover pan and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes so chicken stews.
