    1 lb ground buffalo meat
    1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 clove garlic
    Emeril's Southwest Seasoning to taste


brown meat with garlic and seasoning. drain. add all other ingredients including more seasoning to taste. simmer until flavors come together 15 minutes or longer. top with your favorite chili toppings. (not included in nutritional info)
