    1 lb ground beef
    1 can drained yellow sweet corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 large chopped onion
    6 tsp chopped garlic
    2 oz bell peppers: red, yellow, orange, green
    4 tablespoons chili powder (to taste)
    10 teaspoons taco seasoning (to taste)


brown beef, onion, garlic, pepper in fat from meat. add seasonings, add canned vegetables. simmer as long as you can.
makes approx 12 cups. 1 serving = 1 cup.
can be eaten as soon as it comes to a simmer, or can simmer as long as you want. can be kept in crock pot for a party.
garnish with shredded cheese, chopped spring onions, sour cream, guacamole or whatever.
