Ingredients

    1 1-pound can (2 cups) golden cream-style corn
    1 cup milk
    1 well-beaten egg
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup minced onion
    3 tablespoons chopped pimiento
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Directions

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg.
Add next 4 ingredients and dash pepper.
Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch round
baking dish. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serves 6.

    Incredible!
    i switched some things, like the pimentoes for red bell pepper and left out the egg yolk. But I'm sure the way you made it is perfect. - 4/10/09
