Ingredients

    3 Skinless Chicken Breast sliced
    1 14.5oz can of Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 Jar Curry Sauce (Fill Jar 4 Times with Water and add to the Recipe)
    1 Cup uncooked Brown Rice
    1 Tbsp Curry Powder

Directions

Makes 6 -1 and a half cup servings. The Brown Rice is actually 1 and a half cups of uncooked brown rice, but to get the accurate calorie count I put it in the cooked amount.
