Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries and cherries work especially well)
    1 scoop protein powder of choice
    1 tbsp solid fat (coconut oil or nut butter)
    2 tbsp milk of choice (I have used almond and soy)
    water to taste

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except for water in a food processor (a high speed blender would work too, a regular blender is a pain, I've tried it).
2. Blend until well combined.
3. Add water until the texture is to your liking (I usually only need 1 tbsp or so).
4. Enjoy!

This is really yummy, I've been making it for a long time, just never thought to post it.
