this is really good with a low fat cheese and brown rice, and Kids love it too. this is really good with a low fat cheese and brown rice, and Kids love it too.

Ingredients

    1lbs of ground lean beef
    4 tsps of chili powder, or more if you like spice
    one cup of chopped onions
    1 cup of water
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of diced tomatoes

Directions

brown the beef
add the onions and chili powder, then add the kidney beans. Then add the tomatoes and water.
Let simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
