Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Rigatoni, cooked, 8 oz
    *Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 2 cup
    *Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage (cooked), 4 oz
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 4 oz
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Onion Salt, 1tsp
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add olive oil and celery to skillet and cook until desired consistency. Mix ground beef and sausage together with Oregano, pepper and Onion Salt and add to skillet, cook until brown and drain. Cook Rigatoni until Al dente or to your desired consistency. Return beef mixture to skillet and add spaghetti sauce. Add Rigatoni and beef mixture glass 9x13 casserole dish. Top with 8 oz of mozarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Serves 6

    Very Good
    This recipe did on state when to put in the zuchinni so added with celery. I left out the meat and used mushrooms for the vegetarian daughter - delicious. - 6/21/09
