    2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit
    8oz can Tomato Sauce
    12oz. can Diced tomatoes
    12oz can Pinto Beans
    12oz. can Kidney Beans
    8 oz. water


Brown 2lbs. ground beef in a large skillet and drain. Add tomato sauce, water, spice packet and salt packet (optional). To Fix it Hot add the Cayenne pepper packet. Stir. Cover & Simmer for 15 minutes, for thicker chili mix masa flour with 1/3 cup water, stir and let simmer 5 more minutes. Add Kidney and Pinto beans the last 5 minutes of cooking.
