    2 chicken breast
    1 cup canned tomatoes
    2 cups of green peppers in strip
    2 tsp freash crushed garlic(more or less if desired i like alot of garlic)
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    2 cups of white rice


pre heat oven at 200
place each chicken breast into separate pieces of tin foil and had all other ingredients(pepper garlic green peppers tin tomatoes)
fold up tin foil and leave in oven for half an hour.
i like mine with rice but noodles or pasta would be okay.
