    2 2oz lean pork chops
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    0.5 tsp liquid smoke (optional)


Makes two servings.

Pre-heat the oven to 350f.

Line a small dish with foil and place pork chops in it.

Mix the honey, dijon mustard and liquid smoke if you are using it until the mixture is runny. Pour over the pork chops.

Bake covered in the oven for 30-40 minutes until meat is cooked through.

Serve with fresh veg or salad and potatoes (not included in nutrition information).

If you have more time, you can prepare the honey dijon mixture earlier and baste the pork for a few hours or overnight, turning the pork chops so both sides are covered.
