Ingredients

    1 10oz whole wheat Boboli crust
    cooking spray
    8 oz button mushrooms
    6 oz portobello mushrooms
    11/2 tsp chopped thyme
    3 cloves garlic minced
    3/4 c skim milk
    2 tbls flour
    3 tbls Asiago cheese
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 large plum tomato, thinly sliced
    1 cup skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 5 min. Remove crust set aside. Heat skillet with 2 tbls water. Add all sliced mushrooms to pan. saute 8 minutes or until moisture is evaporated. Stir in thyme spoon mixture into bowl. Add 2 tbls water to pan stir garlic into it cook 1 minute. Whisk together milk and flour in small bowl and add to garlic stirring constantly for two minutes or until thick. Add Asiago and pepper stirring until cheese melts. Spread cheese sauce over crust. Top with mushroom mixture, tomato slices, and mozzarella. Bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted and browned. Cut pizza into 8 wedges Serving size is 2 wedges. 6 WW pts per serving
