    Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 16 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Molasses, 1 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, 1.25 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Craisins, 1 cup
    Weider 90% Protein, 4 serving


Mix as for muffins. Combine wet ingredients; add bran. Then add remaining ingredients; stir just until combined. Divide into 9 muffins.
Bake at 400 for about 15-18 minutes.
