    2 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 T bread crumbs
    1 t dried rosemary
    cooking spray
    2 T low fat milk (2% used)


Preheat oven to 400 degres. Lightly spray baking pan with cooking spray. Rince chicken and pat dry. Pour milk into shallow dish and combine breadcrumbs and rosemary in separate shallow dish. Coat chicken with milk, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken in prepared pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
