    3 stalks celery
    1small onion
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 cups oatmeal
    1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    4 cups water


bring water, seasonings and vegis (minus the mushrooms) to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five min. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and chill.

Coat baking sheet with cooking spray and shape into patties. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes.

Grill burgers until done on a George Forman and serve with any hamburger-like toppings.
