    2 pounds Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Onion, thingly sliced
    2 c Beef broth
    1 T Cornstarch
    seasonings such as parsley, thyme, salt and pepper


Mix beef, bread crumbs, eggs, seasonings.
Form into thick patties.
Saute patties in hot skillet until well broned on both sides. Remove to baking dish.
Add onions to pan with sprinkle of salt and spray of nonstick spray.
Saute until well browned and very soft. Pour over patties.
Deglaze pan with broth, season with salt, pepper, worchestershire, hot sauce - whatever you like.
Add 1/2 cup of broth from pan to small bowl with cornstarch. Whisk until well combined. Pour back into skillet, whisking until thickened. Pour gravy over patties and place in 375 degree oven until done through (30-45 minutes)
