Introduction

2 1/4 c. whole grain pasta
3 c. 2% shredded cheddar

3/4 c. 1% milk
2 Tbsp. Country Crock Light Spread
1 Tbsp. corn starch
5 Ritz Crackers

Ingredients

    2 1/4 c. whole grain pasta
    3 c. 2% shredded cheddar

    3/4 c. 1% milk
    2 Tbsp. Country Crock Light Spread
    1 Tbsp. corn starch

Directions

Under cook the shlls by a minute and immediately rinse and drain. Make a rue with milk, butter, salt and paepper, and cornstarch. Save about 1/4 c. of milk mix to mix the cornstarch with. Bring to a very slow boil on medium low heat stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 2 1/2 cups of cheese and rue with macarolin shells. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until edges turn golden brown. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers and return to oven for 10 minutes.
