    White Rice, short grain, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp


Cook Rice as directed. Put 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter into Wok or deep fry pan on med-high heat. Add Chicken diced into cubes cook until tender. Add the stir fry sauce and mix well.
In a second fry pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter and lightly saute the vegetables together until tender. When everything is cooked add together into one of the deep fry pans and mix together well.
Ready to serve. Serves 4.
