Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 1/4 lb ground turkey
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 egg or 1/4 cup substitute
    1/2 cup ketsup
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Cook onion & garlic in olive oil until clear.
Place in bowl to cool.
Add the turkey, bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of the ketsup & worcestershire sauce to the onion mixture. Stir to combine.
Press into a 8x4 pan
Pour & spread remaining ketsup over the top.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 55min (internal temp should be 165 degrees)

I serve with mashed potatoes & mixed veggies.
