    1 can tuna
    3 cups maaroni - cooked
    1 celery stalk - chopped
    4 or 5 baby carrots- chopped
    1 green onion - chopped
    1/4 cup cucumber chopped
    2 tbsp light mayonaisse (or ranch dressing)
    salt and pepper to taste


cook and drain macaroni
run macaroni under cold water to cool
in a large bowl mix macaroni, tuna (drained), vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
add mayonaisse and mix well
