Ingredients

    1 Pound Turkey sausage
    2 14oz cans Bush's medium chili beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes w. peppers,celery and onion
    1 14 oz can tomatoe sauce
    .5 cup brown rice cooked
    2 TBSP fat free sour cream
    /25 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

brown meat
add canned ingredients
simmer for several hours for extra flavor
cook rice before serving
put rice in bowl and cover with chili
top with cheese and sour cream
Makes 6 servings
