    2lbs. Ground turkey (93% lean)
    1/2 C. Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 Egg
    1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
3. Combine ingredients in a bowl
4. Form into loaf pan
5. Cook for 1 hour in preheated oven

  • Add diced onion and a little fresh ground pepper and you have the worlds simplest and best meat loaf. So many people do crazy things to make a good loaf. DON'T! You only screw it up. (OH and ketchup is EVIL) This loaf ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 1/20/09
