Ingredients

    2 tubs (10 oz each) brussels sprouts, halved
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions

1. Line rimmed baking pan with nonstick foil. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, garlic, and cumin. Spread on lined pan in single layer. Roast 20 minutes or until tneder, tossing one.
