Introduction

A delicious all in one meal. Eat some extra vegetables or a salad with this one. This is one of my husbands favorite dishes. You can decrease fat and calories by using fat free milk and low fat cheddar cheese. I just usually have 2% milk b/c I have a 20 month old. A delicious all in one meal. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can chicken
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup 2 % milk
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 margarine
    1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook your broccoli ( you can cover it with water and boil for 5 min). Put broccoli in bottom of greased 8x8 glass pan. Cover it with chicken. Mix milk and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over entire dish. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins. Make 6 servings.
