Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cups Fresh Spinach
    2 cups Spring Mix Salad
    1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges can/drained
    1 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1/4 tsp Ginger, ground (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
    2 Chicken Breasts

    Can add any veggies of your choice...sliced carrots, broccoli pieces, snap peas, sprouts...are some good ones ;-)

Directions

Grill/broil chicken breasts, set aside to cool a little
Combine cleaned greens, top with orange pieces, & almonds.
Wisk olive oil, rice vinegar, sugar, & ginger together. Stir in sesame seeds.
Slice warm chicken (remove skin if applicable) & place on greens.
Add rice vinegar dressing & toss to combine.
Enjoy!
