    Lentils, 50 grams
    Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Tomato Paste, 20 grams
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoons
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 2 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Flour, white, .1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large


Dry fry beef till brown, then add in onion, lentils and garlic and fry for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, bouillon, white wine and canned tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Heat milk with cream cheese, stirring gently until combined. Stir flour into 1/2 cup of cold water. Blend into hot cheese mixture over a low heat. Beat eggs into sauce and stir off the heat, seasoning to taste.
Layer meat sauce, pasta, cheese sauce and 1/2 cheddar. Repeat with next layer, sprinkling parmesan evenly on top.
Bake 40 minutes 200C, gas mark 6.
