Introduction

I love pumpkin EVERYTHING and I grabbed this recipe from a Prevention insert.
Finally made this today and was not impressed. Needs more ice and soy milk, less pumpkin and spice.

Ingredients

    1/2 c canned pumpkin
    1/2 c light vanilla soy milk
    1/2 crushed ice
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Place pumpkin, soymilk, ice, honey, and spices into a blender and process until well combined and smooth.
