    One can price chopper artichoke hearts
    1 tablespoon Onion powder
    1 small potato or large red potato
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup Shredded Part-Skim mozzarella


Empty can of artichoke hearts in square baking dish

Dice potato and layer over the artichoke hearts

Chop up 1 clove of garlic and add pepper to taste

Top with cheese

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes.
