A great vegetarian snack made with a fresh banana and soy milk. A great vegetarian snack made with a fresh banana and soy milk.

Ingredients

    1 fresh banana (medium)
    1 cup of soy milk

Directions

Chop banana into small pieces and put into a blender. Pour soy milk into blender and blend at high speed or slower if you want it chunky or thicker. Makes about 1 1/4 servings.
