Introduction

Trying to find ways to enjoy fish without breading and frying.....here's another one I LOVE!! Trying to find ways to enjoy fish without breading and frying.....here's another one I LOVE!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup real grapefruit juice (unsweetened)

    1 TB chopped cilantro (or more to your liking)

    salt

    pepper

    6 oz orange roughy fillets

    2 servings Barilla Plus Pasta, cooked and drained

Directions

Add cilantro, salt and pepper to grapefruit juice. Add fish and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes or more. Remove from marinade and discard marinade.

I used my George Foreman grill to cook up the fish but you can broil, grill or bake them.

Fish is cooked when flakes easily.

Add fish to pasta and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper if desired.


Serves 2.
