Number of Servings: 8


    2 Lbs Lean Ground Turkey (85%)
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Cup Parsely, finely chopped
    2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2/3 Cup Low-Carb Seasoned Bread Crumbs (4C makes a very good one)
    8 Tbsp Spaghetti Sauce


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place all of the ingredients except the Prego Spaghetti Sauce in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to blend well.

Put turkey mixture into a loaf pan and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, carefully tilt pan to remove any excess grease. Spread the spaghetti sauce over the top and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
