Ingredients

2 Tbsp Flax seed Meal
1 c -minus 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 c. vanilla fat free, sugar free yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 C minus 1 Tbsp skim milk
Directions
Mix lemon juice with skim milk, let sit 5 minutes.
Mix flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
Combine skim milk lemon juice mixture with beaten egg and yogurt. Combine with flour mixture until just mixed. Heat pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 c mixture on pan, cook about 2 minutes until browned, top bubbles and edges are dry. Flip, and cook about 1 minute on other side until browned.
